The New Year has begun. Did you make any New Year’s Resolutions? If you did, how are you doing with them? If you are keeping up with those resolutions and still doing what you said you were going to do, you are in the minority. Contrary to popular opinion, New Year’s Resolutions rarely work.
While we often start off great, firmly committed to improving whatever we’ve decided needs improving, usually within a few weeks, we grow tired, we don’t see the results we would like to see as fast as we would like to see them, and we give up. And now, we have another reason to judge ourselves. So much for a happy new year.
